House Austria
For the first time ever in paralympic history “House Austria” opened its doors during the Paralympics TORINO 2006 to athletes, coaches, sponsors, fans and media from Austria and all over the world. This was possible only through intensive cooperation with the Austrian Olympic Committee and the support of many sponsors. The fantastic view from the terrace to the mountains and slopes of Sestriere set the stage for medal celebrations in a festive setting and inspired and motivated the athletes for the following competitions.
