NPC Austria presents new official Logo
Just in time for the 2009 EPC General Assembly and Conference, September 18-20, 2009 in Vienna the Austrian Paralympic Committee presents its new Logo today.
The new Logo, developed by NPC Austria and Layouter Marc Müller (Agency Nightwork) during this summer, shows a smooth combination between the IPC Logo (three Agitos in red, blue and green) and the Austrian national flag. The adapted Austrian flag not only shows the flag itself, but through the dynamic curve, that ‘moves’ around the Agitos, it also illustrates the Energy, Vitality and Agility of the Paralympic athletes.
Following the IPC Guidelines, which define a new standard, that all NPCs should be presented by an integrated Logo, it had been necessary to develop a new Logo for the Austrian Paralympic Committee as well.
The new Logo had been developed out of the ambition to create a Logo, that stands for the Austrian Paralympic Committee throughout the following years, implicating, how much the Committee, its Board Members and Delegates, Team Members and especially the paralympic athletes identify themselves with their country and the Paralympic Movement.
